Friends I’ve never met..

It’s winter, and I find myself walking along a familiar road that leads into the town where I was raised. Part of it runs through a forest. The trees are bear and everything is completely covered in snow; I’ts a breathtaking sight..
As I walk in the direction of the town, I pass people walking on the other side, in the oposite direction. I know these people and they are all there for me, because each of them has some significance to me, or a special connection. I seem to recognise this in my dream, and I’m greatful to them. (Strangely enough, being awake, I don’t recognize or recall any of them. They could have been random strangers).

As the the road clears the forest, I don’t pass any more of these ‘friends’. There are still some people around, but I don’t pay any more attention to them.
I come to a junction where I stop to look around for a while, and decide to bring somebody into my dream (I had never done that before, but I read so much about it). Without thinking, I call for Angela (Angela is a girl whom I share a very close connection with. I’d like to think of us as soul mates). I call out here name a couple of times, turning to see if she’s there, but it doesn’t seem to work. Just when I’m about to give up, I see her walking towards me in the far distance. “It works!”. She’s so far away, that I can barely make her out, but I recognise her by the way she walks. I’m excited. and call out her name. We start running towards eachother, but before we meet, I wake up.
