Chicago spiral

I’m in Chicago on the subway talking to people. I’m excited to have a chance to finally visit this city where I only had a brief pitstop at the airport once.

Then I’m climbing the outside of a huge metal spiral that seems to be part of the kids playground of a bizarre restaurant building. It’s really high and I’m starting to feel height anxiety. A friend of mine who already made it to the top is cheering me to complete the climb. But the last part is quite tough, because the spiral becomes wider there, like a tornado. Besides that I’m also holding something in one hand. I throw the object at my friend and finally reach the top of the spiral.

There’s a platform there with a square opening in the middle. When we look down into it, it’s like the perspective is all messed up. There’s a hallway with other square openings, like windows or doorways. You can’t tell what is top or bottom…

I conclude by thinking that it’s very irresponsible to let children play here.

The building doesn’t much resemble the construction of my dream, but I really like that music. I think it’s great to discover new great music thanks to a dream.
