Bad feelings and northern lights

yet another amusement park setting but this place more resembled Coney Island. My boyfriend and I were in line waiting to get on a ride that was like a large slide but to get on top you had to climb a tall bookcase filled with books. Someone in charge of keeping the line in order told me I could not slide with my boyfriend and made me stand about 10 feet behind him as he got to climb up and I had a really bad feeling about it so when his ride was over I went to see him before I was getting ready to climb but it seemed as if someone had drugged him then I started to notice that everyone that was getting off seemed all zombie-like too. I was worried that he was a vegetable now and I remember thinking “what if they labotomized him?” but the effects eventually wore off and he was normal again. Then I remember being in Bronx were I used to live and watching an arora borealis while standing in a phone booth and a coworker told me I was going to go deaf if I watch it from the phone booth so I got out.
